Vacature: Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a full time Customer Service Agent / Order Processing Specialist, who will be the unique point of contact of the CCC's of NL, BE, DE and CH (including Feller) and suppliers/plants for any Supply Chain & Logistical requests for RDC Venray.
You represent the "Voice of the Customer" in RDC Venray and towards the rest of the Supply Chain.

Order Execution Activities:

  • Follow up Order Execution (delivery creation, shipment) complete process order entering until order is shipped
  • Provide support to the CCC to manage effectively & efficiently customer order requirements
  • Provide information flow to the CCC about lead times, delays, stock availability, blockage at SO / Material level and any other logistics requests
  • Manage customer claim request (CR's) in line with SLA & ensuring the effectiveness of answers to the customer
  • Handle all logistical challenges to ensure on-time-delivery to the customer
  • Deliver customer service within the agreed timeframes
  • Provide solutions to CCC in case of project handling
  • Escalation (Taskforce) Management
  • Red Alert Allocation for shortage references
Other responsibilities:
  • Propose ideas on process improvements and participate in deployment
  • Employee will comply with all quality, environmental, security and safety international standards, in line with business needs (i.e. ISO)
  • 5S follow-up and compliance
  • Comply with all relevant work instructions and procedures

Arbeidsvoorwaarden

You will be working from Monday to Friday. You will start between 07:00-09:00h and finish between 16:00-18:00h.
It will start as a fulltime temporary job, and might continue.

  • Fluent spoken and written English, Dutch and German. French is desirable.

  • Microsoft Office suite at Intermediate level (Excel, Word, Outlook)
